Exchange Policy:
1- To replace the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
2- The consumer shall bear the shipping cost if he wishes to replace the product.
Return Policy:
1- If there is a manufacturing defect, the consumer has the right to return the product within the first 48 hours of receiving the product.
